i was wonder if its possible to exchange the neck for a fretted one?

Thumbs up

Those replacement necks at Rondo start at $39.99 + shipping, for a standard fretted neck (maple neck with dot markers, your choice of maple or rosewood fingerboard). I've purchased 3 or 4 in the past few years, and despite the low price, they're fairly solid necks. Unfortunately, right now, Rondo doesn't have any standard necks -- just short-scale and blocked-and-bound ones.
