Anyone know of a good tech in Ontario, Canada who can PROPERLY set up a Ric bass? Dual truss rods scared away my local guy....

If it is a 4003 then it is really easy to set up you can do it yourself. But the old 70s 4001 basses need someone who knows what he is doing.
