Rickenbacker Truss Rod broke, RIP?

Sign in to disble this ad
Well i didn't have any luck in the Basses forum, forgot this section was here :x sorry for double posting it in two sections!

Sooo anyways one of my truss rods broke in my Rick cause i'ma dumbass But i learned why and not to do it by myself again lol

Now i've heard this isn't as bad as let's say your Fender Jazz bass's truss rod breaking. All i have to do is get a replacement truss rod on the Rick website?

Well actually, the truss rods are out of stock-- anyone know where i can get any as well?

There are a number of guys who post to the forums on the Ric website who do restorations (Dale Fortune and jingle_jangle come to mind). Post to the forum on the website and say you are looking for a trussrod. Heck... Dale might even make you one. Hope this helps.

EDIT: I see you've posted this to the "Basses" section, and gotten similar advice.
