Yes, I've looked for one as well. I found some 4-String MM style templates, and I want a 5er. I'm thinking of doing the Route in 2 phases with the 4-string route. Do one side, and take it Almost to the other side of the templage, then move the template, and finish the other side, with the Extra width needed for the 5th string. I'll practice this on a couple of pieces of 2x4's first.
