routing for new pickups

Has anyone heard of someone routing their bass to fit a musicman bridge pickup or any pickup for that matter

Sure- just get someone who knows how. I have a custom routing on my p/j bas where I have a j at both bridge and neck w/ P in the middle.

how much do you think it would cost for a luthier to do it
