| Schaller buttons unscrewing themselves

Hey I recently got a 1977 P-Bass that has schallers on them, now i have had issues with them in the past.
Now the the buttons are unscrewing themselves, so I would like to know what to do as I had this problem in the past with a Stingray and the buttons ripped out of the bass. Now I need to know if I should put some wood glue or something in there to keep it from screwing themselves.I might just get Dunlops instead, but what will make sure the buttons wont unscrew?
