Second hand Musicman Sterling

Hi everyone

I have found a nice MM Sterling for a good price and because I'm fairly new to bass I went to my local shop to talk to the bass guy there. I asked him if he could put his eye over it when it got here. He has agreeded and started to talk about the guitars "Internation".

Does anyone have any idea what he is talking about??

He was probably saying "intonation" with some sort of accent.

Basically intonation involves adjust the saddles so that the notes are consistently on pitch throughout the range of the fretboard by achieving precise string length.

Kewl thanks. I think it was more of a spelling issue than a accent. Cheers anyway.
