Setting Intonation on my B.C. Rich bridge

Sign in to disble this ad
Does anyone know how to set the intonation with this type of bridge. I know with Fender basses its easy to adjust each screw to change the length of the string, I have done it several times before but I see no adjustment on this type of bridge. Can someone help please.

Theres a little hole for the set screw that locks the bridge. Loosen it then move bridge saddle as desired and then retighten the locking screw. PS. The other two little set screws are the saddle height adjustment. Is an excellent bridge that also has locking saddles. Plus top load for easy string change.

I understand how to loosen the set screw for each saddle but after you loosen the screw how do you move the saddle to adjust the intonation? Here is the exact bridge I have.

Does each saddle have a screw that goes back to rear of bridge assembly? If so turning it like with most bridges will move the saddle forward or back once locking screw is loosened. If yours doesnt have that adjustment screw then you have to move the bridge saddle by hand. The BC Richs Ive had with locking bridge all had the adjustment screw to adjust forward and rearward once locking screw was loosened.

Does this one have an allen screw on the top of the channel the saddle sits in? It should be in the channel the string runs through. If so, loosen that and push it forward/backward with your fingers.

Not my favorite bridge type... Best of luck with it.
