Setting up action on a squire jazz bass

Someone said it was easy to do and I've tried doing it myself, but I'm unsure how to do it properly.



Mine has the little screw slots for an allen wrench not a screw driver, but I'm unsure how much to adjust both sides of the saddle for each string...is it done evenly or something?
