Setting up a Sterling by Musicman Ray34???

I just got my beautiful Ray34 in Honeyburst from UPS.

As usual, it needs a setup. I tried looking at an online manual but no changes in turning the truss wheel rod.

???what do I do????

Are you turning it in the correct direction? (counterclockwise)
