Shaking bridge, shaking truss rod

Sign in to disble this ad
Eh, theres a couple problems, one, my bridge saddles are not flush to the bridge piece on their sides so they shake a little side to side whenever I pluck (as I pluck hard) and it comes through the amp a little bit creating some not so hot undertones to everything. Also, the truss rod sounds like it's shaking inside the neck. I don't think I can hear this amplified so much, but I can't tell that until I can get rid of the bridge buzzing.

Anyone have any suggestions? It's a nuisance to have to deal with...

Why not tighten your saddles so they're flush and put a tiny bit of tension on the truss rod to eliminate the rattle?

Um, how does one tighten their saddles? This is on the side of the saddles.

I'll work on the truss rod.
