Slight repair - jack input for warwick rockbass

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all,

Not sure if this is in the right place or not, mods feel free to move it if not.

Been having some problems with the lead input on my warwick rockbass corvette. The input is loose on both the inside and outside. I've opened up the rear panel and there's a washer that I've tightened back up, which allows me to tighten the input on the outside as well, but it keeps coming loose. It wouldn't be a huge deal except the sound keeps cutting out as the lead gets jiggled.

What can i use to secure this input? Seems like a really easy fix, and I was almost just gonna spring a couple bucks and buy a tube of super glue to keep the damn thing in place, but I thought I should ask first. I gotta do some soldering in there too, its pulled a wire off of the input jack inside as well, so seems like it needs fixing before it gets worse.

Thanks for any help,
rn.

Magic. That's the answer I wanted. Thanks!
