I recently got a '83 4003 rickenbacker in need of some love, the truss rod is in good condition but it had the wrong nuts on it, i need to find the right ones like on the picture below, these are for the older style rod, i ordered a couple from ricksource but they are too smal, any idea where can i get them?

These folks have a lot of odd sizes & sources for very unique designs (both SAE & Metric):

Nuts and Bolts and Screws - Metric Bolts and Fasteners - Stainless Steel Fasteners

It may be a better idea to contact Ric itself & simply send back the inappropriate ones for the correct model since you already paid for the wrong ones however.
