a " special Neck " where ?

I've a 1974 Ibanez rickenbacker 4001 copy and I can tell you it's a great damn bass.

But the truss road is broken , and the relief is a kinda of gran canyon now.

The fact is the neck is not body trough but bolt on , so I wanna swap the neck like people do on jazz or precision.

But where I can find one exactly at mine?

I suppose I've to go to a luthier in town isn't?

It depends.
I would measure the heel of the neck to find the dimensions of it. If they are stock dimension (like Fender) I would then just go out and buy one.

I'm not familiar with Ibanez necks, but you might be able to find an Ibanez neck that could fit (maybe of a Roadstar bass.)

Ok.. But it's identical to a Rick neck, just bolt on.
