Question Spector Q4 Pro bass - bridge adjustment

Sign in to disble this ad
Help! Any advice on adjustments to this type of bridge? I am a complete novice and went to chenge out all 4 strings at once. The 4 bridge parts were then totally loose and now I don't know how to properly place them. Also, any idea as to the size hex key I would need?

Sorry All! I should have done a Search under Spector Bridge before setting up this thread. It looks like the saddles are the problem on my Q4. But still, any idea as to the hex key size?

Not the saddles, a loose set screw. Put em back, set the intonation, and tighten the set screw.

Thank you Grendle. Problem solved. I made adjustments, reset the intonation, and tightened up the set screwws on the side. This Spector bridge is not as complicated as I thought. Then I brought it in to a store to check out the truss rod. Looks like I set everything up perfectly. No professional adjustments were needed.
