| Sperzel rules!
Just wanted to put in a good word for Sperzel. I lost the locking pin to one of my tuners on my Guitar Factory bass with the whammy bar, and Bob Sperzel answered the phone and sent me a new one for free at a cost of almost $2 shipping. I offered to cover it but he wouldn't hear of it. Great guy and great tuners!
