Squier VM Jazz Knobs

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey guys, I have a Squier VM Jazz and I'd like to put the original vintage style Jazz Bass volume/tone knobs on there (2 large, 1 small). I HATE those chrome ones! I've found a couple replacements, but apparently they're not for the right pots.

Which knobs have you guys used? I know plenty of people on here have done this, I'm just not having any luck finding the right ones.

Thanks

Second ones from the left, the Jazz bass import knobs.
Item no. JBK-IMP
They fit the VM J perfectly.

I looked them up on Ebay and ended up buying them from a guy who I later learned buys Geddy Lee jazz basses, dismantles them, and sells the parts at a markup. And also has a second account bid them up higher so the a-hole can make a nice fat profit.

But I am happy with the knobs. I just won't ever do business with that jerk again. I paid $10 for knobs that were only selling for $4 until his buddy bid him up.

That is definitely a rip. The ones at Bass Parts Resource are only 6$.
(not counting the shipping, of course)
