sry if this is covered somehwere else, but it's a quick one

ok real simple, if my e-string is in tune open, a little sharp at the 12th fret, and a halfstep sharp at the 22nd fret, i should do what exactly? Lengthen the saddle at the bridge (its a warwick)? Its only that one string. Thanks alot

Yup - back the saddle off toward the ass end of the bass a bit.
