Steve Albini Waist Harness?

Anyone remember when Albini used a waist harness instead of a over the shoulder strap for his Travis Bean (guitar)?

Does anyone know who made that harness, and has anyone tried it for bass? (super-lowrider style)

This works and is how Steve does it (obviously).
There's also a thread on here about it, but of course, TB style, it's about a special strap you have to buy, rather than the Electrical DIY rocker style of simply using a regular strap
