Dealt with Stew Mac several times and no problems. I've had no experience with Cruz. Lots of luck.

Very indirectly related:
I have a set of Cruz Tools for my motorcycle. Good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of their products.

No experience with Cruz - everything I've ever done with Stew-Mac has been fast, accurate and first class.

This little Stew-Mac String Action Gauge is invaluable for setting your action to Perfection:
It pays for itself in precise measurments.
