| Stingray Rattle

I haven't really had this problem with any of my other basses, but I just picked up a stingray and am finding it to have excessive rattling. Doesn't really seem to happen when the strings are open but basically any other time it's buzzing. Anyone have experience or thoughts on this? is it a truss rod issue? Will a simple change of less slinky strings suffice? The bass would literally be perfect in every way if I could just eliminate this dang buzz... |
