Stingray setup

Hey guys, I was just wondering if someone could let me know how or know a good thread on adjucting the truss on my stingray. Ive actually never done it myself before so I dont want to mess up my neck. I was thinking of maybe making about a 1/2 turn and messing with the bridge pins. So...how does one adjust the rod on a MM? Should the bridge come 1st or 2nd?
Thanks in advance, Mike

A warning, if you are in any way not sure when it comes to truss rod adjustment, take it to a tech.

Oh, and check the truss rod first, only adjust it if needed, then the bridge saddles and then the intonation
