Strap Button Replacement

Sign in to disble this ad
I bought a new bass today and put an order in with my tech for a strap button replacement from the top of the body to just below the bolt-on plate. Now i'm thinking the button should be placed on the neck heel. Would this pose a problem later for my bass? Any help is appreciated.

Don't suppose you could tell us WHAT bass this is about?????

Maybe even post a pic of a similar bass??

The strap button placements vary, you know.

Or you can just have him drill holes every inch or so all over the body so you have plenty of options.
