Strap and a case for a 70's VM Jazz Bass?

Hi there,
Just ordered my first Bass, so looking forward to learning.

I bought a left handed 70's SVM Jazz Bass and i dont think they come with a strap or basic case?

What basic strap and case would you recommend? I am not looking for anything fancy, just a good product for a good price.
