Stress fracture on Fender jazz? NYC tech needed

Ok, I kindly ask all you NYC folk to recommend me a TOP repair shop/ tech for what I believe is a stress fracture in my Fender american deluxe jazz.

I just noticed it, on the lower horn directly at the point where the neck meets the body. I can't tell if the crack is only in the finish or deeper. It's about 1/4" long and on the right angle where the neck heel is.
I'll try to get a photo up tomorrow.

I would like a top rated tech to check this out, either in Queens, Manhattan, or Long Island
