I have a bass that I need to find a replacement string retainer for. It is the round style. Where do you get these from? Are there any differences in quality? Are the $5 for a pair of them on E-bay worth putting on my Modulus? Are the differences
noticable? I mean will it really make any difference from a $2.50 string retainer to a $15 retainer?
