stripped allen bolt Trusrod Ibanez SRX705

Anyone know how easy this would be to fix.

If the truss rod itself is stripped, not easy to fix at all. If it's just the nut you can replace it. I think you should take it to a good repair guy and have him check it out to find out exactly what's going on.
