Suggest a Luthier in Toronto please!

Hey folks,
I am looking for a luthier in Toronto to do some work on my Pedulla Rapture.
Here's the backgound...
The bass, when I bought it had a pretty good bow in the neck. I sourced a truss rod wrench for it and adjusted the neck as best I could. Currently, the truss is maxed out.
The action at the nut is acceptable, but from about the 5th fret forward, it's just too high. I have shimmed the neck and that brouhgt it down a bit. I have lowered the saddles as low as they will go, without causing fret buzz, but again, the middle sections of the neck have too much relief.
I believe that the next tact to successful setup will be to have the neck removed, the truss loosened, the neck clamped and re-set, then the truss locked into place... that's what I think needs to happen anyway.
Most local repair guys will run when I describe what I think I need done, so I am hoping to find someone locally that will not be phased by such an undertaking.
I have contacted the twelfth fret, but thay are looking at at least 5 weeks to get anything done.
Toronto folks, can you suggest perhaps a smaller shop with a skilled luthier who has experience with this kind of repair?
Appreciate you consideration!
Regards...
Fishheadjoe

Thanks to both of you for your help!
The Twelfth Fret took care of me and my bass on the spot yesterday, a little elbow grease and know how and I was out of there, with my bass in 15 minutes, at no charge...
These guys were great! He really seemed to want me to leave with my bass and took the time to ensure that I wouldn't have to leave it there for the 5 week turn around time...
I will definitely use them again!

I didn't get a name, but I believe it was the same dude who worked on my hollow body Aria a couple of years ago.
