Suggestions For Replacement Tuners For G&L Basses?
I'm looking for a drop-in replacement for the Schaller type tuners that are on the bass.

I know....!! !!

I have 'schaller' tuners. But have had them fail often because they are zinc. Nice light metal; not so resiliant. So I have been wondering the same thing. My bass is of the mid 90's vintage.
