Swapping Necks

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi folks.

I was thinking about putting a warmoth jazz neck I have on a j-bass onto a squier vintage modified p bass (and vice versa).

Before i start removing anything, will this work? Will I have serious problems, other than maybe some mild intonation tweaking? Thanks!

It should work fine. The only problem you might have is if you get one with the holes already drilled. They might not line up. There might be some slight tweaking involved.
