FYI,
I have been looking for these for awhile:
http://www.filmtools.com/bonbalthanhe.html
Finally found ones similar to the 3/8" hex driver that comes with Fender basses.
I needed a 4 mm and 5 mm for my Lakland Skyline JO and Reverend Rumblefish, respectively.

You can find inexpensive sets at Harbor Freight, as well.

There is a Hrbor Freight store close to me. I bought the SAE set for about $10.00. They work fine.
The 3/16 Fender T handle is longer, but it costs as much as a whole set of these.
