Question Tele'51/Sting Bass Bridge

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello everybody!
I bought Sting'51 CIJ Bass with installed Fender AmStd Bridge. But it's some problem, the plate under saddles is too narrow to correctly tune the mensur on 1 2 and 3 strings. And i decided to put on original.
Can anyone tell me about difference between this two bridges:

1. TELE BASS BRIDGE & SCREWS
000-FTB0-000
Genuine Fender 2-saddle bridge for early Precision Bass and Telecaster Bass. Includes mounting screws.
$68.79

2. 2 SADDLE SQUIER TELE BASS BRIDGE
007-3882-000
Genuine Fender Bridge Assembly, 2 Saddle, Vintage Modified Precision BassŪ TB, Chrome.
$24.79

Different prices, but...the same dimensions and holes? Or not?) Will be any from them, or the both are good to my bass?
P.S. Squier is more preferably for me, cause it have deepenings on saddles.

Plate dimensions will be very close. Not enough to make a difference.

On my Squier Jazz I changed the bridge with a Fender standard sized Wilkinson piece and the screw holes lined up perfectly. You should be good if you get the Squier.

Wow, does this mean I now have a friend in Russia?
