Are these Grover machines the same size and screw pattern as Gotoh?

The mini tuners on this Gibson are marked Grover. They look just like Gotoh. What I am trying to confirm is will a Hipshot GB7 D-tuner fit on this bass with no alterations...

The Hipshot site says the GB7 is for Gotoh. It also says the BT7 is for MIM Fenders, but doesn't mention that it also fits USA Highway Ones and some Squiers, so I'm hoping its a similar thing, that the GB7 fits more than one model.
