Tiniest knobs for standard pots?

Sign in to disble this ad
Being a lefty, some of my instruments are restrung righties. Some of the resulting locations of knobs are fine, but a few I remove, because they're at best physically distracting and at worst prone to turning under there when a stock knob is on. I'm looking to de-nakedfy these pots with knobs that are flatter and with smaller diameter but coming up short. Anyone ever come across a source for such things?

Thanks in advance : )

Mouser.com
VERY large electronic supply has some "high-end" knobs for all sorts of applications. If you are looking for quality and unique look & feel it's a good place to start.

Thanks John. I haven't found what I want on guitar parts sites since I want it as low to the pot end and small in diameter as possible while still fitting a standard 1/4 shaft. The electronics places I checked out didn't have nice enough quality, but I haven't tried Mouser. Thanks for the tip! : )

Download the PDF catalog from Mouser - saves time and is an easier search. You will find some machined knobs and most every electronic component needed for repairing functionality issues with both guitars & amps. I've used Allied and Mouser for years and saved quite a bit of money doing so.
Good luck & have fun.
