Is it too low?

I followed the Gary Willis' instruction to adjust my truss rod, and I can definitely tell it's lower and smoother. I also noticed increased amount of fret buzz when I play unplugged. When I'm playing through my amp, I really don't hear much through the amp, but I do hear it coming from the frets. I am a beginner bassist, so I don't have a good feel for what "normal" is yet. Is my bass supposed to buzz a little unplugged?

As long as it doens't buzz plugged in you don't really have a problem. I could care less how much I have when I'm unplugged as long as it's not so plugged itn.
