Truss Rod Nut on an Essex (SX)

Went to set up my Essex fretless and ended up stripping the nut a bit. It ain't too bad but I'd like to replace it, It is a 5mm hex style nut, and I can't find something like it at hardware stores or stewmac. Anyone know where to find one of these or a suitable substitute?
