truss rod snapped. Anyone willing to fix it?

I have a bass that has a snapped truss rod in it. The snap is around the 2nd fret, and it did bulge through the neck a little bit where it snapped. Technically the instrument is probably totalled, but I really like the bass, and its a vox bass from the 1960s so I'd prefer to get it fixed. I even have the original case for it! Is there anyone out there that would be willing to fix it for me? There is also some damage done to the body of it, but it shouldn't be too hard. If you are willing to work on it, send me a PM and we will talk! I have pics as well!
