Truss Rod Trouble

I searched the forums and couldn't find what I was looking for. I own an alvarez 6 string bass and since their coustomer support is nill I'm searching else where. I bought this guitar as a project and it was completely stripped. NOTHING on the guitar. I need to know the pitch on the truss rod so I can purshase the correct truss rod nuts. A pitch size would be awsome and if anyone knows where to get a direct replacement would be much appericated. I've already tried alveraze and they no longer support them. I know stew mac carries some truss rod nuts just don't know which ones I need. Thank you all so much.

That's a pretty amazing experience you've had. St. Louis Music has always had top flight customer service. Any Alvarez dealer should be able to order the part for you. The turnaround time should be less than a week. Failing that, contact them directly.
