the same trussrod you use for a 4-string neck works equally fine on a 5-string and/or 6-string bass
my personal fav is the LMI dual action welded nut trussrod (TRBSD) found here:

FWIW - I (and several other builders here on TB) have found no need to utilize more than one trussrod on any 4/5/6-string bass neck. are two trussrods needed for necks with 7+ strings ... maybe, but definitely not on a properly made (methods and materials) 6 (or less) string neck
