Tuner dimensions

I'm replacing the Gotoh-style tuners on my Ibanez BTB. Is the dimension distance between the centerline of the headstock hole and the anti-rotation screw hole the same for most tuners, specifically Gotoh GB7's, Hipshot UL's, and hopefully my Ibanez tuners? I want to avoid having to drill new screw holes in the maple headstock. Must I drill pilot holes for the small screws if I can't line up with the existing holes?

Don't know about the center to center dimensions, but if you have to have new holes for the small screws, pre-drill the holes and lube the screws with candle wax or bar soap. There have been a lot of threads asking "How to remove broken tuner screws?".
