Tuning Key Bushings for Ibanez BTB

3 of the 5 bushings on the tuning keys for my Ibanez BTB405QM are missing; they've broken off. Where can I find the bushings to the tuning keys, does anyone know?

They are located between the shaft and the tuning key wing.

You mean the little plastic rings between the key and the body of the tuner?

I've never seen those sold separately, but then I've never looked for them either.
