Question Tuning Machines

How do i find out what kind of tuning machines i have if it is a 19:1 ratio tuning machine? is that 1/2 or 3/4 or what?

I have a Peavey mile stone bass that I'm trying to replace the tuning machines on.

It doesn't matter what ratio the old are. Even uf you just want to match one tuner. Itll hardly be noticeable Just get qualitynew ones you like. The shaft size is the only important detail.

19:1 rations means that for every 19 times you rotate the handle 360 degrees, the peg (what the string wraps around) will turn 1 full revolution.
