Tuning Machines for a Bronco? [help needed]

Hey all, I have recently been doing up an old Squier Bronco (basic I know, but I need the practice) and two of the tuning machines are loose when they are screwed into the headstock.

Having looked up what the problem might be and resorting to tightening every available screw I can't work out the problem.

I should probably replace the tuners but the spacing between the screw holes that secure it to the headstock is 7mm and I cannot find another tuning machine with the same spacing, the closest I could find were some cloverleaf tuners on amazon for about £15, ideally I cannot afford schaller tuners so if anyone could present a budget option or even just a bit of advice that would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
