Two quick Fender/Squier tuning machine questions

Sign in to disble this ad
Number one: Will my Highway One Precision (2007) bass machine tuners fit on my Squier VM Jazz Fretless?

Number two: Are they better quality? (ie. is it worth it?)

I'm asking because I want to buy black hardware for my Precision - Badass II & tuning machines, etc., and as I just got the Squier, I thought I'd just tranfer all the chrome stuff onto it.

Is this doable/worth doing?

Thanks!

Probably do-able, but I really don't see any advantage in doing it. I find the hardware on the VM line to be quite good. I doubt the hardware on the Highway one is significantly better.
