took it into get professionally setup last week ..
got a call Saturday night from the guy .. neck straightened just fine .. it seems the truss rod was binding on the neck and not causing the adjustments needed. He said it was standard on fender basses.
anyways .. he got that fixed .. gonna level the frets above the 12th fret .. get this thing ridiculously low for action so I have room to adjust it .. give me a new nut .. and we're all good to go
Get to pick it up tonight.
Yay, now I got my fender back .. and I have a nice Fender MIM Jazz and a Schecter Custom - 5 to play with.
