Warmoth neck, is this a good choice?

I've recently decided that I am going to get a new beck for my american jazz. It's current neck has been a problem since day one. I bought this bass when I was a freshman in highschool. It was 600 bucks new. I bought it right away becuase of the great price. This was seven years ago (holy ****). Everytime I bring it in to get set up (from a respectable repair guy) he tells me the neck has some issues. Also the action just never feels that good. I want to get a new neck so I can have a very playable bass. Is warmoth a good place to buy from? It seems like quality based on my research but does anyone have any personal experience with them? My old bass had a rosewood and I think that I am going to get a maple for some more punch. Also are there going to be any issues? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thx,

Warmoth makes very good quality replacement necks, I have several of them and am very happy with the results.

Warmoth necks tend to be a bit heavier than regular necks due to the reinforcement bars they use. They also tend to be a slight bit thicker than the average replacement neck too. They're good necks though. There are also other alternatives such as USA Custom Guitars, B.Hefner, AllParts and Mighty Mite.
