where is the cheapest i could buy them? I saw on youtube how these locks come off easily. Dont they com off easy

No, they don't suck. He probably used the original screws to hold the post in place, - if that screw was bigger, then a little bit of filing needs to be done to the lock to ensure a proper fit. I've used them on a multitude of basses for years without incident.
