warwick vs. hipshot tuners?

can anyone tell me if hipshot ultralite tuners are any better than warwick tuners? are they lighter, do they hold better? thanks in advance for your help

Yes, the Hipshots are a big improvement over the stock Warwick (Gotoh style) tuners. I put a set on my Streamer LX 4. The gold finish does not quite match the bridge or knobs but nobody will notice, trust me.

Personally, I dig the Warwick tuners. I have both.
