Washburn T-24 string buzz

Sign in to disble this ad
I've had my T-24 for about a year and a half now, playing it occasionally and the string buzz it killing me. I raised the action, and that seemed to help but the A string was noticeably higher, so I lowered it back down. The action is now at the same height, but it's higher toward the body of the guitar. It mainly buzzes when playing the E and A strings open thru probably about the 5th fret. The neck seems to curve forward closet to the headstock. Would adjusting the truss rod help this? The truss rod is located at the headstock in case that plays a role in your answers. Thanks.
