what is the exact length of a fender jazz or fender jaguar?

Hello everyone,

Can anyone tell me the exact length of a Fender Jazz or Fender Jaguar Bass? So the length of the entire bassguitar from neck to bottom.

Reason: I recently bought a hardcase and i am wondering if my Fender Jaguar (that is currently in the practise room of my band, which is about 750 kilometers from where i live) will fit in it.

I measured my MIA Jazz and it was 46" from the base of the body to the tip of the headstock, 47" if you count the strap button.
